Before California real estate
Before I was licensed in California, I spent more than ten years building businesses in Sri Lanka, Australia and the United States, including property maintenance companies in Melbourne and Long Beach, and I bought, renovated and managed property along the way. I also worked as a business analyst in technology. None of that is counted as California real estate transactions above. It is the background I bring to reading a deal.
